Defective product received

I received the product on 5th April. It as defective and I raised a return / replace request immidately. I got a mail stating that I would get a revert within 48 hours ,it's been 4 days and there has been no response.
The product shown in photo has a parrot while the one I got has a bird and is not very appealing.
Kindly return my money and collect the defective product immidately.My order no was 94112.

Defective product received

I had received this product on 5th April. However bird on one of the lids was broken and hence I had put an immidiate return / replacement request. However , till date I have got no response from your end. This is extremely disconcerting .
Also the product says parrot but the product which received had some bird and the product was not looking to good.
Kindly replace the product immidately.
